1. Exchanges

We understand that occasionally, products may have manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, we are committed to making it right by offering an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Process for Exchange:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@rdtrend.in with your order details and a description of the defect.
  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.

2. Refunds

In the rare event that the product you wish to exchange is not in stock, we will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price.

Refund Process:

  • If the exchanged product is out of stock, our customer support team will notify you.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Returns

At RD Trend, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we do not accept returns of any products under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
